Integral coaching brings about deeper levels of change by attending to the whole person. This means leveraging all three centers of intelligence: cognitive (mind), emotional (heart), and somatic (body). Each of us has all three, but may lack awareness and balance in how we use them.
When coaching at the organizational or team level, an integral approach focuses on an inclusive culture that attends to processes and relationships as well as results. After all, organizations are made up of people with minds, hearts, and bodies. I strive to help us all achieve a fuller humanity.
Liberatory: adj. serving to liberate or set free
I emphasize collective liberation. This means seeing how all of our struggles are interconnected, believing that every person is worthy of dignity and respect, and that within systems of oppression everyone suffers.
I coach in service of a more just, equitable, compassionate, and sustainable world. I believe that we need self-awareness about how who we are shapes how we lead, relate, and connect as human beings. We must explore how existing thoughts and beliefs, institutions, and social norms limit our capacity to be truly free.
Relational: adj. an aspect or quality that connects two or more things or parts as being or belonging
I focus on development, which only happens when we are pushed beyond our comfort zone. The relational trust between coach and client provides a safe and supportive "container" to hold such growth.
Whether working with an organization, team, or individual, I build relationships grounded in trust, honesty, respect, and freedom of expression.

100%! Just like in therapy, what happens in our sessions stays in our sessions. Yet as a coach I offer clarity, not therapy. When working with teams or supervisors, I always ask permission for information to be shared with others.
While in person coaching is the norm, the silver lining of the global pandemic has been learning how to truly connect via Zoom. I offer both in person and virtual sessions based on location and preference.
The duration depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment to our process. Typically, engagements range from 3-12 months. Team engagements are typically on the longer side of that due to the collaborative nature.
I offer a variety of packages to meet the diverse needs of the clients I serve, the depth of support, and duration of engagement.
